In this exhibition I returned to sculpture. I started with the title of the exhibition, and imagines what metal would be like if it became sentient. It told the story of a ring that grew it's own mind and began to evolve. All work in brass, soldered and forged. Photos by Steven Woller. Edge of the World Guest ArtistI was privileged to be a guest artist at Waikawa's Edge of the World exhibition in February 2011. I spent time In Waikawa and used materials and images gathered from there for this series of work.

I made six necklaces - three are more developed versions of my stone necklaces, two are collaborations with my partner Brendon Jaine (using glass pieces he had cut and tumbled, and I drilled and composed along with my handmade silver beads) and one silver necklace in the water flea shape with gold flecks. And BeyondGroup exhibition at Fusion Gallery, Lumsden, September 2012, and a development of the same series in the exhibition "Off the Cuff" at the Southland Museum and Art Gallery January 2013. Subject matter and material gathered from the Takitimu Mountains and the Wairaki River.
Family CommissionNot really an exhibition, but and exhibition's worth of jewellery commission by a Southland farmer for members of his family. Materials and imagery sourced from the family farm and other places special to them.
Now We are FiveQuadrant Gallery's Fifth Birthday Exhibition, October 2012. Imagery and materials sourced from Cannibal Bay in the Catlins.
A New LineThis jewellery was made for the jewellery/poetry event "A New Line" hosted by the Casslleberg Trust in the Hocken Theatre, Dunedin in October 2010. I was paired with poet David Eggleton and I made jewellery based on his poem " Orogenesis".
Graduate ExhibitionI graduated from Otago Polytechnic's Bachelor of Fine Arts four year Degree in December 2002. This is work from my graduation exhibition.
